Newly Laid Tiles
Newly laid tiles can be adversely affected by smears caused by mortar and lime that covers the joints of the midrib and the margins at which the roof meets walls. When they are left on their own, these deposits and smears can take weeks to dry and wash. Leftover mortar may spill to wrong places on the well-placed tiles and add a stain on their beautiful appearance. Our softwash and scrubbing techniques can be used to eliminate stubborn mortar residues from tiles.
Algae, moss and black stains
Houses in wet climates can experience moss and algae growth on their tiles resulting in changing in color from beautiful brown to dark greenish appearance. The tiles may also blacken after an extended period without maintenance. In such cases, we apply designated tile cleaning agents that eliminate moss, algae, and black stains, followed by a high or low-pressure rinsing exercise using clean water. The chemicals in the softwash formula are mostly pH neutral and guarantee thorough cleanse.
Bricks on patios and walkways
Brick walkways and patios add a style to your home. Just because they're not part of the house doesn't mean they don't need to be maintained. Bricks are porous and are tend to absorb an unreasonable amount of running water if they are not protected and maintained.
